How long will my order take to ship?
Each order is prepared with intention and care. Orders typically ship within 3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you offer tracking numbers?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
Where do you ship from, and do you ship internationally?
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Texas, USA. At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in Amate Studio, feel free to reach out—we’d love to connect and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges are accepted on non-personalized items in their original condition.
Personalized pieces are created just for you and are non-returnable. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we always want to make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged or broken?
We’re so sorry—that’s never the experience we want for you. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes. All of our earrings are nickel-free and thoughtfully designed for sensitive ears. Many styles feature gold-filled or gold-plated findings for added comfort.
What's the difference between gold-plated and gold-filled?
Gold-filled pieces contain a thicker layer of real gold, making them more durable and suitable for everyday wear. Gold-plated pieces have a thinner layer of gold over a base metal and should be handled with extra care. With mindful wear, both can be enjoyed beautifully.
